A heartfelt thank you…from the staff to the Board, honorees, and all our guests at WCA’s 110th Anniversary Celebration!
We are pleased by the responses we’ve gotten to the event and buoyed by the support shown for our work.The evening began with an hour of cocktails, appetizers, and socializing. Attendees had the opportunity to complete a “scavenger hunt” for facts about WCA’s history as well as a photo booth where they were able to take photos of themselves.
At 7 PM the dining room opened and guests got to learn more about the impact WCA is making today and highlights of our past 110 years. By video, they heard from staff, Board, and community partners. We had an auction and a paddle-raise, and we had the opportunity to hear from our three honorees.

- Robin White, AT&T received the Corporate Children’s Champion Award
- Barbara Holland, humanitarian, child advocate, and former WCA Board member received the Lifetime Achievement Award
