Westchester Children’s Association (WCA) is proud to announce the relaunch of its Campaign for Kids coalition, and we are calling on community members, advocates, and partners across Westchester County to join us in this important effort. For more than a century, WCA has worked to ensure that every child in Westchester has the opportunity to thrive, and the Campaign for Kids continues that legacy by bringing together a diverse network of nonprofits, educators, youth‑serving organizations, and engaged residents who care deeply about the well‑being of children and families.
As we approach the upcoming Westchester County budget season, the coalition is preparing to advocate for policies and funding decisions that prioritize children’s needs. This includes pushing for investments in early childhood programs, youth development, mental health services, after‑school opportunities, and family support systems. By joining the Campaign for Kids, you become part of a collective voice working to ensure that county leaders understand what children and families truly need to succeed.
The coalition meets virtually via Zoom on the first Friday of every month at 12 PM, making it easy for busy parents, professionals, and community members to participate. Each meeting provides updates on county budget developments, opportunities for advocacy, and ways to take meaningful action. Whether you are new to advocacy or have years of experience, your voice and presence matter.
Getting involved is simple.
