WCA: A Leading Voice for Westchester’s Children

Westchester Children’s Association was named Oustanding Nonprofit in 914Inc.’s 2015 Small Business Awards. As part of the recognition, 914Inc. issued a feature article detailing WCA’s advocacy work for the county’s children.

914Inc.’s Matthew Trezza writes,

Small Business Awards“For more than a century, Westchester Children’s Association (WCA) has been a leading voice for children in Westchester County. Surprisingly, most of the kids it helps have never heard of the organization.

That’s because it doesn’t work directly with young people; instead it works to push for laws and projects that help children live healthier, more prosperous lives.”
