We are pleased to announce that the 2018 GPS4Kids Baseline Report is officially out! On April 17, 2018, we were joined by over 100 GPS4Kids (Gathering Policy Solutions for Kids) stakeholders to discuss the latest report and where the collective impact initiative will go from here. The online interactive version of the report is also available and hard copies can be downloaded right here.

This report is for anyone living and/or working in Westchester County who wants to ensure children and youth are surrounded by positive learning environments. In the report, you will find six baseline indicators that the GPS4Kids Data & Measurement working group selected after many discussions. For each indicator, we define it, discuss how it fits into the GPS4Kids narrative, and reflect on what this data means for Westchester’s youth and what questions it causes us to further ask.

Beyond the printed report, we felt it was important to be able to bring this data down to the local level when possible. The GPS4Kids goal, Westchester children and youth thrive regardless of race and zip code, drives us to always look at the data at the most granular level (if available). If the data is available by race or by gender AND can be looked at by community, we are going to make sure we show it.

We hope this report inspires our community to continue asking questions, creating solutions, and collaborating to bring success to scale.
