Vision 0 to 3 Conference will be a day full of presentations, action, and innovation focused on Westchester County’s babies, toddlers, and their families. Westchester Children’s Association’s annual Advocacy Breakfast is the cornerstone of the conference, with Matthew Melmed, Executive Director of ZERO TO THREE delivering the 2018 Kathryn Wasserman Davis Child Advocacy Lecture.

Vision 0 to 3 seeks to educate the public about the importance of supports for children 0-3 years of age and their families to build the will to increase investments in early childhood programs. It will provide an opportunity for individuals, organizations, and programs from all over the County to come together and strategize on increasing coordination and collaboration among existing resources.

The event will take place on Tuesday, October 16th from 8:00am – 2:30pm at the DoubleTree Tarrytown on 455 S. Broadway, Tarrytown, NY 10591. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
