Thirteen years ago, Westchester County committed to funding Early Step Forward, a revolutionary multi-agency program designed to provide mental health services to very young children ages birth to five.
The goal was to identify children with behavioral challenges and give them the social and emotional support needed to put them on the path to school readiness.
Now, as Early Step Forward marks 13 years of success, it’s exciting to gather in recognition and celebration of the extraordinary impact the program has had on Westchester youth.
